With a business of over 50 staff, I needed help with systems. Lifestyle Tradie helped, not only to streamline the business and develop the systems, but to officially get ME out of my own way! In just 3.5 years, we’re on track to turnover $5.5 million. We have 20 technicians and 17 trucks on the road in Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane. We haven’t even begun yet, to be honest. Lifestyle Tradie has helped shift my mindset to be more systems orientated. It’s not about just smashing a job out, it’s about having structure around everything we do.
With the help of Andy & Ange, I went from a single job of $440 and freaking out, to over $1million dollars with a healthy profit margin in less than 3 years. 9:00am registration, 9:30am start, 2:30pm wrap up. We know lots of you have little tikes in school, so our event is school drop-off and pick-up friendly.
This day is jam packed with trade-specific content, tips, and strategies you can implement immediately into your own trade business. You’ll be provided with a workbook and pen, where you can jot down your endless ‘ah-ha’ moments throughout the day. This will stop you scratching your head afterwards trying to remember that one nugget of vital information! Overall it’s a chance to meet like-minded tradies, and get some real-world ‘tried-and-tested’ knowledge! All you have to do is get comfy, take it all in and realise you have the freedom to choose.
