Hey, we’re Andy and Angela Smith, the heart and soul behind Lifestyle Tradie. You might also know us as the brains behind our book, “Start Up, Scale Up, Sell Up.” Our journey began with our own trade business, Dr. DRiP Plumbing, a gig we poured over 20 years of sweat and tears into. Back in 2009, we took a hard left turn and started mentoring other trade business owners, sharing the nitty-gritty of our own ups and downs using a proven step-by-step formula. Believe us, we’ve been through the wringer, learning the tough lessons of business the hard way. But we’ve been there, done that, now got the tools (secret sauce) to prove it.
Picture this: Dr. DRiP Plumbing was on fire, business booming. Andy was riding high, maybe too high. With a crew of 17 tradies and a fleet of eight vehicles, we thought we’d cracked it.
