We are so excited and proud of Lifestyle Tradie members, Hannah and Damian Connor from Evermore Plumbing & Gas in Brisbane for winning the 2022 BUSSQ Service Excellence Award. This sought-after award is presented by the Master Plumbers Association of QLD (MPAQ) each year at their Industry Awards, being a huge honour in the plumbing and gas industry.
In this category, there were three Lifestyle Tradie members vying for the gong, with Hydrocove Plumbing and Franklin Plumbing & Gas joining Evermore Plumbing & Gas in the running! The support and excitement between the three companies clearly demonstrated the incredible community spirit we have within the Lifestyle Tradie group.
If you aren’t familiar with this ceremony, MPAQ holds these awards annually to recognise the hard work and success by their members. The award rewards ‘plumbing businesses that have achieved outstanding results through initiatives that demonstrate commitment to service excellence.’ The competition to receive this award is quite steep, with the category spanning both residential and commercial plumbing businesses.
This awards not only shines a light on Hannah and Damian’s hard work and subsequent success, but also the service that their whole team put in day in, day out!
Hannah and Damian joined Lifestyle Tradie as members towards the beginning of 2019, just as COVID was kicking off. They have gone from strength to strength despite the trials of the last few years, putting huge focus on knowing their numbers and ensuring their team culture is top tier. Coming out with one of the more prestigious industry awards goes to show the awesome effort they’ve put in!
