Are you tracking your tradies? We don’t mean following them around!
What I mean by this is, are you actively tracking and reviewing their performance and documenting their progress?
Do you have any HARD data on if they’re under or over performing in their role? Do you regularly review with them where their strengths and weaknesses are, and how they can better improve their performance?
